Boiler Water Treatment Deoxidizer

The national standard GB1576-85 "Water Quality Standard for Low-Pressure Boilers" clearly stipulates that hot water boilers must be deoxygenated, and steam boilers >2T/h should be deoxygenated or necessary anti-corrosion measures should be taken.
   This deoxidizer, also known as a feedwater dissolved oxygen corrosion inhibitor, is a new product developed by our company.

Application Scope: This product is suitable for various industrial boilers, heating systems, and various pressure vessels.
Properties and Appearance: The HL-603A deoxidizer produced by our company appears as: white crystalline granules or powder, while the HL-604B type is a colorless or light yellow liquid. This agent belongs to a bipolar pre-filming oxygen inhibition technology. It enables the formation of a dense protective film on the metal surface. Its properties can increase the anode potential to prevent the anodic polarization effect of dissolved oxygen, while the cathode can limit the access of oxygen to the metal, thereby achieving inhibition of dissolved oxygen corrosion.

Usage and Dosage: The dosage can be determined based on different needs, generally 20-60 grams per ton of water consumed (approximately 16 grams of this product is required to remove 1 gram of oxygen). Before use, prepare a 2-10% aqueous solution of this product and inject it into the boiler through a dosing tank. The water temperature should be 70-80°C, and the pH value should be between 10-12. This agent can also provide some water softening and scale inhibition effects.

Product Features: It not only has a small dosage and fast descaling, but is also non-toxic, odorless, safe to use, easy to transport, and after use, it can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of equipment, save fuel, extend the service life of equipment, and other notable characteristics.
Precautions: This agent has a shelf life of one year. During storage, protect from moisture and direct sunlight.

Packaging Method: Agent A is packaged in cartons or woven bags, Agent B is packaged in plastic buckets.
